Returns Policy
- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, items like innerwear, swimwear, and certain accessories are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds Policy
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability.

- Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@steylo.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include your invoice.
